Writing About Your Introspective Work Is Like a Salad Bar Approach

i've noticed on twitter and in other settings that if people write about their introspective work and like what they're doing that's it almost feels like maybe not quite this extreme but almost like um say you figure out something about you how your psyche works and then you write about that and you share it. It's almost like everyone else that's reading it can kind of have that level up. i think adding to the salad bar is self-evidently goodYeah for sure uh i i'm a big believer in like a like a Salad Bar approach to following advice  you run into all sorts of different people's experiences and anecdotes and you just try them out and see what works"
