Jones Day's PR Statement Suggests They're Doubly Down on This Claim
Julian Zelizer: The PR statement that Jones day issued suggests to me they're really doubly down on this, right? Like they are not. This wasn't something that was like just sort of insufficiently considered and like a policy they've just kind of had for decades and haven't really thought about. He says there are a lot of law firms who probably have similar policies. Zelizer: I wonder if those other law firms would have doubled down on it the way that Jones day did.
