The Transjectivity of Relevance Realization

Relevance realization is not something in me. It's not something in the world. Relevance emerges in the affordances that are co-created by the world and myself. I ultimately want to care about the conditions that afford meaning making itself. Those conditions are universal in a sense. Not in the sense that they are the same environmental conditions or the same psychological, but the same set of conditions that make possible and affordmeaning making itself.
