One common phrase that i always hear about injuring manager, it's not a promotion. But people refers to it as not a promotion, but its just a different role. A good mental model i alse liket to use here is a bit like roll plane games. I think kind of a big thing is that there's not a lot of oveli sometimes there is if you're that techd entry manager. There's a whole bunch of new skills and responsibilities that you may not have built skills experience. And so when you step into that new role, you're basically studying again from scratch. At some point in the future we will all be able to look back at our own career
