We should understand nea liberalism as a doctrine about how politics and the economy should be organized. It is not a theory of justice or legitimacy. Does that make it different then someone like nosaci? Yes, it makes it different from nosi. So am, you know, the neo liberals are not saying, the reason we should have markets is because it's required by justice,. They almost never say that.
