The Role of Neurofilament in Hunter Syndrome
I'm a believer in the refilaments. It's something we've been tracking with Denali's program for Hunter Syndrome, this blood brain barrier crossing enzyme replacement therapy that does a great job lowering CSF gags and those biomarkers but doesn't really touch neurofilament. So is it working with Denali or not? Or is this just bad for hunters? Well we're going to find out in about two to three years when their data reads out positive or negative. Every data set around neurofilament helps complete the picture and informs us how and when to rely on it.
