The Deconstruction of the Idea of an Enemy

The community of people that form around the cross are called to live differently. Not because we think we're better, but because we have been shown grace and compassion. We have been treated not by a guy who's slow to anger and who's abounding love and kindness towards us. As your pastor, I recognize there are stories of real pain and hurt and real wound. It comes from other people in the room right now.
