The Differences in IQ Are Explained by Hardware
Patel is trying to advance a hardware theory the idea that the differences in IQ is explained by hardware. This example he's using here really does not support his hardware theory the way he thinks it does. In real life, this distinction between hardware and software shouldn't really exist in the same way that it does for hardware and software of a modern digital computer.
