The holiday season can be a lonely time for those of us who are estranged from friends or family. I asked my parents to stop criticizing me and my family and my dad blew up and said he wouldn't come to Christmas dinner. It's almost a cliche to say that the holidayseason can be a loneliness hard time for all of us.
