Is Art Subjective?

There are things that are almost universal, like everybody will appreciate. But funly enough, it's almost never fully universal. And most of it isn't. Different experiences will trigger a feeling in certain people, but not others. Sometimes i think just simply inquiring if you feel like there's something more there.
