The Importance of Having a Support Team in Primary Care Networks

I'm very lucky. My practice manager and the operations manager and my surgery are very supportive. We've got a very supportive IT team in our hospital and in the ICB. But if there was that, I won't say this, but I'm aware of other GPs in the country who have gone off and bought RPA software themselves at a huge expense to themselves.
