I do electrolytes every day. I also take timeline and creatine. Everything is super important because you've got to keep that tissue saturation up. Make sure you're getting plain, no sugar added on these. Or you can do some fermented drinks. Just watch and make sure there's no more than five grams of sugar. Generally the fermentation eats the sugar but I try to get in some fermented food daily as well.
