The Life and Times of Liam Yowen

Liam Yowen spent hours alone in his locked bedroom playing video games, watching pornography and interacting online. He created at least four websites for free on web hosting services like tripod.com and geo-cities. These sites became Liam's virtual diaries, where he vented his innermost thoughts and feelings. In one short story he posted online, Liam described a young man named Willem who always wanted to belong. His extremely low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence made him quiet and withdrawn.
