G4V and Engineering Approach to Gravitation

Carver Mead was fascinated by Einstein's work on quantum theory and the photoelectric effect. He used that to build a model of gravitation using engineering language, which is more intuitive than general relativity. Instead of gravitational wave passing through LIGO causing spacetime to distort length of laser pathways, he says no, there's actually a transmission of a field which causes the matter like a force on the matter.
