How Will We Reform the Teacher's Mentality?

Most teachers, well, you know, i don't want to be rude, i would say that most teachers are idiots. Most of them are well meaning. This is the way they study stuff. That is what makes sense to them. And that's why they think that if you don't replicate exactly the way they 're in text books, then you're doing something wrong. But this education system emphasizes obedience and memorization, not actual critical thinking. So if we are to reform the education system, we will have to reform the teachers as well. There's no way round it unless they are willing to change and bring in fresh minds and fresh blood.
