Women are socialized to be better at empathy, but that doesn't mean men shouldn't be deploying it. Women are a lot more comfortable demonstrating vulnerability to their teams and vulnerability is a key way to invite collaboration. A big surprise for me is finding that there's a correlation between long-term thinking and planning and gratitude.
