The Importance of Trusting Your Boss

HR is there, I believe, to deliver success through making sure that everybody who works in our organizations is truly inspired and motivated so they care. Every day somebody goes into work and they look their boss in the eyes. Those two questions are being asked, does this person know what they're doing? And do I trust them? If they don't get two yeses, particularly to the last one, then the chances of getting success in the organization are massively reduced. It's a basic simple principle about how we as human beings should interact,. We have to keep going back to in HR to understand how we can make the more complex things we do successful.
