The first thing i would suggest to coaches or athletes out there, can you sit on the ground with a vertical spine and ultimately stay there for some prolonged amount of time? Much surprisingly, more people than you think can't do that. Your foot position really matters when it comes to upper body position. So numbe three is mobility. Number four is stability. We spend a lot of time on those. Cartio vascular fitness, massive, right? Massive. You have to be able to recover. It's not just a deeper level of work, certainly that as well. But this is why most people, in my opinion, as i said earlier, don't train this way, right?
