There is a slow but inevitable accumulation of amyloid in individuals who have genetic risk for Alzheimer's Disease. For both autosomal dominant and people with down syndrome, changes in these amyloid concentrations were actually occurring even before we were seeing changes in the amyloid pet. And what we saw is that for both genetic forms of Alzheimer's Disease, we saw increases in amyloid deposition with increasing degree of cognitive impairment.
