The Dangers of Merrick Garland's Handling of Security Clearances
The judge issued a scheduling order yesterday with regard to security clearances. Do you not see that as an indication of her intention to perhaps beat up the process? Rather than slow it down? So my understanding of that is that it's a requirement in cases with this kind of thing. But we're in a dangerous spot where if Trump is acquitted in this case, Katie bar the door because he's going to be coming on strong.
