The Pressure to Slack Your Writers Room

I came from broadcast obviously so when I came in and opened my writers room for power I hired somebody at every single level. But the thing is then I was promoting everybody right so I grew up in a Greg world and a you know melvoine world and a king world we got promoted every year. That's crucial you need somebody there captaining the ship and you need to be able to step out and take a phone call. Those things came that came with more. So I feel as though people who are just coming in now show running for the first time, it's harder to get some of these things paid for than it used to be.
