Researchers at the university of arkansas fitted participants with a cap to measure their brain waves. They listened to clicks that were separated only by 500 mille seconds. People who have real world creative achievements, their brain does not attenuate its cognitive response to the second click. It processes it almost to the same degree as the first click suggesting they are literally more open minded.
