Are You Working Out Hard Because You Love It?

It's all about like the intention, you know. Because if you're working out hard because you want, because you hate your body, then your body will continue to like, hate you back. I've been just reading more and more and seeing more and more in my life too of the importance of walking and just loving it. Even going to Europe, going to Italy, we were both in Italy. And you're not seeing anyone who is incredibly overweight,. which is not the only point of exercise but it was just very interesting to observe.
