The Importance of Empathy in Negotiation

I really enjoyed the different facets and aspects from the book and the conversations. And a lot of the paradigm shifts that are not really apparent to us. When we think about negotiations, this is really a mindset shift in the sense that it really flips the switch on what negotiation really is. It's less about assertiveness, more about empathy and connection and building rapport. We don't have to be like Zack, and I level like very, very technical knowledge, advance and memorize scripture here and there.
