How to Create Space From Your Thoughts
The breath is the first thing that we look at, whether you're coming in with a physical injury or an emotional injury. Just being present in your body, creating calm, then work to, to create space from your thoughts. And when you can learn those two skills and the breath is the most powerful part of it. There's different ways of teaching the breath, like box breathing, holotopic breathing, like there's different ways. But if you can pay attention to that one physiological thing that you're doing frequently throughout the day and make it better, biomechanically, and just start to pay attention to it, your life will improve.
