People learn so much from doing something that's so difficult you've got to factor in the time spent with your head hurting trying to figure it out right if each one is so hard that it's going to take you two minutes to do you're going to get less done in a session or you'll get less done before you exhaust yourself. If you did something which was less difficult than that you can do more in the same time but then there's another thing which is also the time it takes to correct you.
