The Rise of Stakeholder Capitalism

Stakeholder capitalism is not helping the employees sure. Larry Fink has said Capitalism in his view this shareholder cap stakeholder capitalism has the ability to essentially control people's behavior. Free markets actually help the workers more than what they're saying with stakeholder capital and ESG I just want to understand you don't think this is actually helping the workers then The workers at all because that's what they're arguing that this is for them.
