I'm thinking specifically like, you know, when you apply for a job, there's some mechanism that doesn't have your name on it. Like actually one of the most brutal studies I saw was a lawyer and they took a lawyer's resume with them as part of like a traditionally black organization in their like affiliate sort of extracurriculars. And the way that other lawyers rated their resume was like completely different. So would we be able to weed out those, like take those words out of the end of somebody's resume?Like, I think it's a lot to ask of people technically.
