What's a Sex Club?

A caller says he thought a couple at the beach were going to try and rape him. He asks, "What does that mean? What does it what dis a sex club?" A friend of his replies: "We never really breached the subject in any meaningful way" The call ends with an apology for not being able to explain more clearly how these rules work.
