How Do You Still Have New Songs to Write?

A lot of my songs are inspired by people's stories. Several years ago I had surgery on my vocal cords and it wound up like being, you know, the things we go through are our blessings. And so actually I have a song that starts Dear Anonymous because so many stories I've received are just people setting their secret free or talking about a broken chapter of their story. My goal I feel like is to try to write songs of redemption for the broken chapters of our stories. There's no end to that deep well.
