The Importance of a Yearning to Know

I think we have a responsibility, especially in the places that we are in to want to know, and to have a yearning to understand. There's still so much that I'm learning that I'm not privy to about other cultures. As artists, if you move all the other stuff aside, I would just hope that as artists that we're all doing that so that we can become better artists. That was kind of my stance on that.
