How to Get Your Music on a Playlist
I don't want artists to think that playlists should be their marketing plan. When I first started writing work hard playlist hard, the first edition playlist was massive. Now it's the playlist market is so saturated. Everyone is doing what they've now learned as far as outreach and things like that. It's nice to get on playlists and it can be a goal, but it shouldn't be the entire plan or the entire strategy by any means.
