Are You Eating Too Much Fibre?

When calories get too low and protein remains high, you're reading that is a whole food diet at that point. Other people w they'll track macrols, they'll elevate protein, but they'll also have a fibre goal. And when you have like a fibre goal, it'sa 38 gr forty grams for a male or 25 for a female. Now yor if you're going to hit that, that's going to force you to get more high fibre foods and beans or vegetable sources. So there's another way to kind of use a macro tracking, flexible approach, but kind of bis it towards whole foods. I like that.
