Are You Taking the Temperature of Your Organization Support for Research?

The first thing that you need to do is pull stakeholders in early and get a sense of what questions they have. I always begin by having individual conversations with the key stakeholders, particularly any that are somewhat difficult to get by in from. What are the questions and concerns that they have and what are they thinking about themselves? And I can incorporate that into the research that we're conducting. So that's one of the ways that I start off early taking the temperature for the different audiences.
