LZ Granderson: I want to talk a little bit about your writing kind of process and your editing style because you are producing voluminous works. LZ: One of the best if listeners are really serious about writing is a book called On Writing by Stephen King. He says he doesn't think that art exists merely for our sake, but we really write and we pursue art for the sake of life itself. "I get asked and sometimes people are suspicious, why are you writing so much"? LZ: For me, as others have said, you cut open a vein and then it's a lot like party after party.
