I had a car where you could see what your instantaneous miles per gallon was. And as I got closer and closer, I'm on a level road now and I was getting 24 miles per gallon,. As I got closer, it then said 28 miles per gallon, 30, 35, 50, 100, infinity. When he was within 12 feet of the back door of the car, I created a perpetual motion in that level. It was like, holy shit, I'm using no energy right now, but now I can't just text my friend to tell him that because I'll die if the truck stops short.
What's the maximum a car can accelerate? Neil deGrasse Tyson, Chuck Nice, and Gary O’Reilly learn how fast cars can really go, how tires work, and the differences between combustion and electric cars with host of Engineering Explained, Jason Fenske.
