The Importance of Elders Preaching

Having your elders preach, I would suggest is a good thing to do. But at the same time, I remember that when you went to a plurality of elders back in the late 90s, one of your arguments was you wanting to indigenize a leadership. And for these elders, I don't want to feel I have an obligation to make sure all six of those are preaching. That's just not a kind way to use a brother.
