Texas Is a Very Good Resource for Wind
Texas is the only state in the country that has fully deregulated the vertical integration in electricity. The old incumbent regulated utilities are not allowed to provide retail services. And so you have independent retailers and the regulated utilities are now wires companies. It's happening in a much more emergent organic way without the utilities being able to be an impediment to it.
