Diversity in the Highest Levels

For ABC's I see them at the lowest levels in the highest levels basically it's like there's high social mobility. Westerners are less likely to make it up into a SVP VP director role. The company is conscious about diversity for example we've hired several really high profile like non Chinese white or Indian like top leaders. Some of them retain but I think the good amount have left probably because of like friction with kind of assimilating into this working environment.
