Are You Able to Speak Your Mind?

i'm currently working on a research project where we look at cultures, especially for development teams. And psychological safety and being able to speak your mind is all so important. I sometimes feel at a disadvantage talking about culture, cause i've worked for i b m my whole career,. But one of the things that i sometimes like to talk about is the importance of fun in the work place.
