How Do Bonobos and Chimpanzees Compare?

Dogs have different cognitive abilities and they vary independently. One dog has relative to another dog a lot of empathy, but might not be that very good at reading communicative gestures compared to other dogs. You've also worked with bonobos, which everybody doesn't know what they are. They aren't pets or livestock, so most people wouldn't think of them as domesticated animals. What do they have in common with dogs and other domesticated animals? Well, bonobos and chimpanzees are closest genetic living relative.
