Neo-Assyrian Manumission Documents of the Naya Ilahe and Her Daughter
The Naya Ilahe and her daughter were sold into slavery in 615 BC. They may have survived the destruction of Ashuah, but their relief was short-lived. A new king firmly established himself on the Assyrian throne four years later. But they couldn't return home to Babylonia because it no longer existed.
