In terms of asset classes, multifamily has been compressing for a long time. Ultimately, my goal is to have three or four different operators that I partner with and have the intent of putting one deal per month in front of my investors. So it's just a matter of really testing the appetite of my investors to see where their interest is. And then aligning with the best operators in the space to provide those options.
