This is by no means exhaustive list, and i encourage you to begin to develop an awareness. We often use this line of thinking to interrupt and sabotage our streak of positive results. Breaks are good but notice when your brain wants to actually sabatage your forward motion by offering you a delicious distraction of a break. If everything is not fine, you're strong enough to notice, feel whatever emotion comes up and make some positive changes.
