We need other cases investigated much more widely. We can't just have warm words when this has such a big impact on confidence for for women especially. There are police officers right across the country who are working incredibly hard to tackle vants against women and girls. But their work is being undermined if we don't have the proper systems in place, says Harriet Harman.
