It's much harder to a get a gun in canada than it would be in the u.S. And most of the people do have them on a firm or sothing. The interesting thing is that you could pursue things likeat the incarceration rate, particularly for minor drugs offences in the us. Maybe if we can find a better way of chieving this end, rather than banging people up for very long periods for relatively trivial bits of self harm. Really, i might be wrong there.
