How Long Does It Take to Lift?
What is your risk of being metabolically healthy if you are overweight or obese and you lift? I think the metrics that we have for males are around 22% body fat. Once you get above 0.5 on a waist to height ratio then you're starting to store your fat centrally than you could be uh getting a little bit of trouble. We don't necessarily know to what degree is that progressed with type 2 diabetes but there's different stages of this so people need to understand how it works.
