Can You Sell Vegan Ice Cream in a Cafe?

People love the scones here, and you guys bake them in house. Have you ever thought about selling the dry mix for people to take home and bake themselves? That's an interesting idea. They sell tea on retail. So it would fit with that, but I don't know. Another idea is like they have like a pretty heavy like vegan gluten free menu. But they don't have any ice cream. And right down the street is this place that sells really great vegan ice cream. Why don't they talk to them to see if they can sell their vegan ice cream in here? Because I know the owner of that ice cream place  and it would really be easy to connect
