The biggest one that we saw over 55% said their biggest factor is free shipping being offered. Next up, they're looking for deals. They're looking for coupons. Over half said that's going to be a major factor for them. We actually saw that 25% of all the backpacks and bags that are sold on eBay during the year happens during that back to school season.
