Calvin's Dispelling of Speculation

We can only trust God in his will and his eternal, unchangeable decree that those who he has chosen to save, he will save. That doesn't mean we should be inactive or unconcerned now but it does protect us from speculation. Again, we just forget that God is not like us. We know that we fail, we make mistakes, he just doesn't and he'll save all those who he should save.
